Rano is an online food ordering and delivery platform. It lists local restaurants, takes your order and payment, and passes the order to the restaurant, which cooks it after the order is placed, packs it for the journey and hands it to a delivery partner who takes it straight to the address on the order.
Each restaurant delivers within a radius of its own kitchen. The delivery area shown at checkout is the area it can reach while the food is still worth eating.
Food safety
Every restaurant on Rano operates under its own FSSAI licence, the number of which is printed on the bill for every order.

Who operates this service
The food is sold by the restaurant you order from, which prepares it and is responsible for it; it is named on its menu, at checkout and on your bill. The ordering app and website are operated by Rano, a trading name of SAI SATHVIK ENTERPRISES, a partnership firm registered in India.
Online payments for your order are collected by SAI SATHVIK ENTERPRISES through its payment gateway and passed on to the restaurant. Cash on delivery is taken by the restaurant's own delivery partner. Whichever way you pay, the decision to refund is the restaurant's and the refund reaches you by the route set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
